The seamless communication with Cris and her brother throughout our stay stood out. Their attention to detail, from arranging transport to personal check-ins, added a genuine warmth that made us feel welcomed.

The location is close to the Spanish Steps.
Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as enjoyable as we hoped. We encountered issues with hot water. It seemed we only had access to about five minutes during showers, quite frustrating. There was no staff presence when we needed assistance.

Recently renovated and very tastefully refurbished and well appointed . Small private hotel located 40 metres down side steet running directly from Piazza Di Spagna and Spanish Steps. In amongst premium shopping area of Rome. Metro close by and plenty of taxis in the piazza make getting around town very easy. Owner Natasha is enthusiastic and helpful and eager for her guests to enjoy their stay so nothing is too much trouble.

Location near Spanish Steps, Proximity to transport options, Excellent family-run atmosphere
Consider expanding storage space in rooms for longer stays!!! Limited number of keys causes unnecessary complications!!! Communicate the extra fees upfront to avoid surprises!!!

I like the location is outstanding, the rooms are refurbished, nice furnitures, clean, and the bathroons are totaly refurbished and very good. For me this are the mains reason for choosing hotels, expecialty in Rome, whose city is lacking of good hotels. I could'nt forget the owners, Claudio e Nastasha, helpful and amiable people.
I think that the check out could have to be more late, until 1 P.M.
